Last updated: November 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how 1 Pound LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), which operates the Nexasupport brand and the website nexasupport.us, collects, uses, shares and protects personal data. It applies to our website, our BPO (customer support, voice, chat, email and data-entry) services, our IT, AI and software development services, and our recruitment.

1. Who we are

When we process personal data on behalf of a client as part of a BPO or software project (for example, the client’s own customers’ details in a support queue), we act as a processor for that client and follow the client’s written instructions and our data processing agreement with them. In that case the client’s own privacy notice applies to that data.

2. Personal data we collect

  • Contact and inquiry data: name, email address, phone number with country code, company, the message or requirement you send us, and the page you sent it from.
  • Order and payment data: the BPO project, number of seats, hours or records, amounts, billing name and address, and payment status. Card and bank details are entered on our payment provider’s secure page and are not stored by us.
  • Job applicant data: name, email, phone, position, experience, your resume or CV and anything you choose to include in it or in your cover note.
  • Client project data: information you or your customers share with our teams while we deliver services (processed as a processor, see section 1).
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type and pages visited, collected in standard server logs and used for security and to keep the site working.
  • Preferences stored on your device: your colour theme, dark/light mode and cookie choices (see our Cookie Policy).

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. Please do not send us special category data (such as health, religion or biometric data) unless a project specifically requires it and a written agreement is in place.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We share it only with:

  • Service providers who host our website and email, process payments (for example card processors and payment gateways connected to our checkout), and provide IT and security services, under contracts that require them to protect the data;
  • Our own teams in our head office and branch offices who need it to deliver services, under confidentiality obligations;
  • Professional advisers such as accountants, auditors and lawyers;
  • Authorities when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.

5. International transfers

1 Pound LLC is based in the United States and our teams may work from other countries, including India. When personal data from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland is transferred to a country without an adequacy decision, we use the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum where relevant), plus security measures such as encryption and access controls. You can ask us for a copy of the safeguards.

  • Job applications: up to 12 months after the application, unless you agree to a longer period or you are hired.
  • Client contracts, invoices and payment records: for the duration of the contract and the period required by tax and accounting law (usually up to 7 years).
  • Client project data processed for a client: as set by that client’s contract, then deleted or returned.
  • Server logs: up to 90 days, unless needed to investigate a security incident.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Residents of the EEA, UK and Switzerland have these rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR, and California residents have similar rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and to delete, and the right not to be discriminated against for using them. See our GDPR & Data Rights page to send a request. We reply within one month (45 days for California requests) and may need to verify your identity first.

You can also complain to your local data protection authority. In the EU, find yours at edpb.europa.eu; in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

8. Security

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so if we become aware of a breach that affects you, we will tell you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.

9. Cookies

We use only essential storage by default. Optional items load only after you agree. Details are in our Cookie Policy, and you can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the “last updated” date above and, for significant changes, tell clients by email.
